Promoter

The Afterpay Day Sale (“Promotion”) is conducted by Tas Divers Pty Ltd trading as Scuba Gear Online (ABN 96 677 555 510) of 6/38 Mertonvale Circuit, Kingston TAS 7050 (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00 am AEST on 13 August 2026 until 11:59 pm AEST on 16 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Promotion Offer

During the Promotion Period, customers who make an eligible online purchase through ScubaGearOnline.com.au and pay using Afterpay will receive 15% off eligible products in their order (“Discount”).

How the Discount Is Applied

The Discount will be applied automatically at checkout when Afterpay is selected as the payment method. No promotional code is required.

Eligible Products and Exclusions

The Discount applies to eligible products only and does not apply to:

• products included in the Clearance collection or otherwise expressly identified as excluded from the Promotion;
• gift card purchases; or
• shipping or delivery charges.

The Discount is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after excluded products and charges have been removed.

Afterpay Payment Required

The Discount is only available where the eligible order is paid using Afterpay. Orders paid using any other payment method are not eligible for the Discount.

Other Discounts and Promotions

The Discount cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer or promotion unless otherwise expressly stated by the Promoter.

The Discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively to purchases made outside the Promotion Period.

Eligibility and Errors

The Promoter reserves the right to verify an order’s eligibility for the Promotion.

If the Discount is applied incorrectly because of a technical or administrative error, suspected misuse, or failure to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to correct the error, subject to applicable law.

Afterpay Terms

Use of Afterpay is subject to Afterpay’s own eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, and any applicable fees or late fees.

Approval and administration of Afterpay accounts and payment arrangements are determined by Afterpay and are not controlled by the Promoter.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Scuba Gear Online’s standard returns, exchanges and refund policies apply to purchases made during the Promotion, together with all rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a refund is approved for an item purchased using the Discount, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for that item after the Discount was applied.

Refunds for purchases made using Afterpay will be processed through the applicable Afterpay refund process. Afterpay states that the merchant must first process the refund, after which it is reflected in the customer’s Afterpay account.

Changes to the Promotion

The Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable law.

Any such change will not affect eligible orders already completed before the change unless required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Consumer guarantees continue to apply to promotional purchases.
